At Frostrconnie, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality wristwatches and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for information on how to return or exchange your items.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is in its original condition, unused, and unworn.
  2. The item is in the original packaging, including any tags, warranty cards, and accessories.
  3. The item is not a final sale or custom product.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@frostrconnie.com or call (417) 673-8465 to request a return authorization number.
  2. Once your return request is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.
  3. Ship the item to the following address:

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@frostrconnie.com to check availability of the desired item. If the item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process. The item you are returning must meet the same eligibility criteria as listed above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@frostrconnie.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

Non-Returnable Items
